Perumbi, Koratty · Thrissur District, Kerala
Niyog Foods & Marketing Pvt Ltd presses its own coconut oil at its Perumbi facility, then uses it to fry every chip, mixture and pickle we sell — no shortcuts, no borrowed oil, no preservatives.
Our story
Niyog Foods & Marketing Pvt Ltd was set up in Koratty, in Kerala's Thrissur district, on a simple premise: if you press your own coconut oil, you control everything that gets fried in it. Every batch of chips, every jar of pickle, and every packet of spice mix that leaves our facility starts with that same oil.
We work with Kuttiyadi coconuts for our oil, Nendran bananas and hand-picked jackfruit for our chips, and traditional Kerala recipes for our pickles and mixtures — the same combinations home kitchens across the state have relied on for generations, made at a scale you can order from.
What we make
Snacks, pickles and spice essentials — each one built around the coconut oil we press ourselves.
Cold-pressed from Kuttiyadi coconuts at our Perumbi facility — sulphur-free and smoke-free, with nothing added.
Nendran bananas, sliced thin and fried in-house — plain salted or a masala twist, made the Kerala way.
Hand-picked, hand-cut jackfruit fried in our own coconut oil — no preservatives, no artificial colour.
Thin-cut tapioca, fried crisp — a Kerala tea-time staple done the traditional way.
Roasted coconut shreds, spice and crunch — the evening snack that pairs best with hot chai.
A traditional Kerala-style beef pickle, marinated slow in a home-style spice blend.
Ground fresh for everyday cooking — the base note of most Kerala curries.
A balanced house blend, ready for curries, roasts and biryanis alike.

Why Niyog
Chips are cut and fried in small batches rather than held in long-term storage.
The same coconut oil we press is what every product is fried in — nothing outsourced.
